Study "light music" at the Hilversum Conservatory (now Conservatory of Amsterdam) where he was taught by Wim Overgaauw, Jesse van Ruller, Maarten van der Grinten and Martijn van Iterson.
After graduating, he played and toured with various artists and bands including: Abel, Auratones and New Cool Collective. As a session guitarist, he can be heard on various singles/albums by Ben Saunders, Shary-An, Erwin Nyhoff and Pete Philly, among others.
In addition to playing guitar, he also likes to write songs, sometimes for himself or with bands he plays in, and sometimes for other artists.
In recent years and in the coming period, he has been and will be heard on the albums and concerts of Sven Hammond and Beatrice van der Poel, among others. He recently played on the albums "Heelhuids" by Beatrice van der Poel, "5" (the 5th studio CD) by Sven Hammond and "Two Faced", the debut album by Thom Hoorweg.
He can also be found here as a guitar teacher for various music styles. Beginners and advanced guitarists are welcome for a fun lesson in string plucking from jazz blues to pop rock.
